SonoAnalyzer Pro offers additional analysis methods

On SonoAnalyzer Pro you can use the same analysis methods as on OE - database and on-demand FEA via the gateway server. In addition, SonoAnalyzer Pro offers three extra analysis types:

Local database

Download a copy of any available online database to be accessed by SonoAnalyzer Pro directly on your local computer. This method is extremely fast (almost instantaneous on any modern PC) but is subject to the same limitations as the online database.

Private Analysis Server

A cloud-server is set up for on-demand finite-element analysis, exclusively for your use. The server is instantiated on demand and terminated automatically when left idle. The SonoAnalyzer Pro user may also view the finite element results directly using the CalculiX post-processor GraphiX.

Local Analysis Server

A virtual-server installed within your own PC, but otherwise identical to the private cloud-server above. Performance depends on the capacity of your computer. Minimum hardware requirements: 64-bit operating system with 2GB memory, capable of running virtualization software. Again, the SonoAnalyzer Pro user may also view the finite element results directly using the CalculiX post-processor GraphiX.
